Meet Executive Chef Becca, the culinary artist with an adventurous spirit! Born and raised in Alaska, she grew up on a remote island only accessible by boat or plane, much like our own North Captiva Island. After honing her skills in a fine-dining seafood restaurant in Portland, she returned to her island roots, working as Executive Chef at a fishing resort in Elfin Cove, Alaska.
We’re thrilled to have Chef Becca’s unique background and culinary talents as part of our team at The Island Club. Her passion for sustainable, natural ingredients shines through in every dish she creates. In addition to her work at our club, Chef Becca is also available for private dining experiences in homes and other venues. Whether it’s an intimate dinner for two or an elaborate event, Chef Becca’s culinary creations are sure to impress.
