Once a ticket it purchased, you’ll receive an email confirmation and one of our guest service representatives will schedule the ferry trip for you.
Day Pass Booking & Refund Policy
All Day Pass bookings include a 24-hour grace period from the time of booking. After this initial 24-hour period, no refunds will be issued.
Guests are welcome to change their selected date, subject to availability.
