|Is Luggage Assistance included in the ferry fee?
|Luggage Assistance is Not included. You can select to purchase luggage assistance when you book your ferry to North Captiva Island.
To have guest services take your luggage to your rental it will cost you $50 one way. This means that your luggage will be taken from the ferry to your rental when you arrive.
If you want Guest Services to take your luggage both ways and pay for it ahead of time it will cost $75 (round trip).
Tips are not included.

|What is included with each Ferry booking?
|1 Luggage 50 lbs. or less.1 carry-on (book bag or large tote).1 grocery bin (50 lbs. or less).1 24-pk drinks.
|Can I bring groceries on the ferry?
|Yes, we provide a grocery bin for each person, if needed. You can also bring your own as long as it’s no bigger than 20 gallons and labeled with your name.

|Does The Island Club stock groceries at the rentals?

|Will you allow our grocer to go into our rental and stock it before our arrival?
|If you give permission, it can be done. Please note, we are not responsible if the grocer dirties the home after it was prepared for your arrival.
|What is the cancellation policy?
|Reservations canceled within 24 hours after booking will receive a full refund.
Canceling OUTSIDE of 60 days prior to arrival:
After 24 hours of booking, all reservation cancellations require a minimum of a 60-day notice of cancellation prior to the arrival date. There will be a 20% cancellation fee that will be charged that equals 20% of the rental rate + tax or your deposit fee.
Canceling INSIDE/LESS of 60 days prior to arrival:
This will result in forfeiture all payments made, which would be the total of your reservation charges. No refunds will be issued due to any inclement weather including mandatory hurricane evacuations, early departures, “no shows”, mechanical failures, etc.
To protect your reservation against the loss of payments WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE TO COVER ANY UNFORESEEN DIFFICULTIES OR EVENTS.

Failure to sign the rental agreement does not exclude you from the terms and conditions that are stated in this agreement.
|What is the difference between Damage Insurance and the Security Deposit?
|Damage Insurance costs $75. and it covers up to $3,000.
Damage that you might incur at your Rental Home, while the Security Deposit covers damage up to the $2,000. you deposit. If damage exceeds $2,000. your credit card will be charged for the difference.
|How much is the Security Deposit?
|$2,000. (U.S. Dollars)
|Are we allowed to change the dates of our reservation?
|No date or unit changes are allowed after the initial 24-hour booking period. If you request to change your dates or prefer a different unit, we would have to implement a cancellation and you make a new reservation.
|What is the Refund Policy?
|Reservation canceled within 24hrs after booking – full refund.

DetergentAdditional Supplies: If you run out of any supplies, all of the above items can be purchased at our Mango’s Island Store or front desk. If you want additional bath towels, they are available at the front desk for $3.50 per set which includes (1) hand, (1) face and (1) bath towel.
|Does the home come with beach chairs?

The Island Club: Beach chairs can be signed out at the Guest Service Area based on availability. They must be returned prior to departure or there will a $25 retrieval fee.
